Shipping Policy
**Same Day/Free Shipping does not apply to Freight or Drop Shipments!!**
Items for sale on this website fall into two categories; items which we have in stock and ship ourselves (In Stock Items) and items which our vendors drop ship to customers on our behalf. (Drop Ship Items)
Free Shipping- LoCo Science is proud to offer free shipping for all orders over $10, and a flat fee of $4.95 for orders that fall below the minimum $10.
In Stock Items- All orders for In Stock Items placed before 12PM PST, excluding holidays, will ship the same business day. Orders (excluding freight orders) placed on the weekends or on days we are closed (Christmas etc) will go out the following business day. Freight orders will be shipped as soon as possible.
Drop Ship Items- All orders containing Drop Ship Items will be placed with the vendor within 1 hour after the order is confirmed. Each of our vendors have different order cut off times and physical locations so please be patient. Once we have an order status update you will receive an update via email along with tracking information as it is available. ***LoCo Science cannot be responsible for delays with our vendors. Sometimes items are back ordered or out of stock. LoCo Science will notify you as soon as we are aware and make every effort to ensure you get your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods- LoCo Science is proud to offer a range of shipping options for our customers. These options and their corresponding rates are displayed during the checkout process. The customer is free to choose from any displayed shipping rate.
Shipping Charge Refunds- In general shipping charges are non-refundable. However in the case of a guaranteed delivery date that was missed by the carrier a claim can filed with us by contacting our customer service department. We will file the claim with the shipper on your behalf and, if successful, forward the refund back to you.
Shipping Locations: At this time LoCo Science ONLY ships to customers within the United States.
